Xpertmarks operates under a dba that is registered to Gail Issen who is the principal creator of all materials produced by the company. Gail has worked in the communication field for over twenty years. She has earned several awards from the Society for Technical Communication and until recently was an adjunct professor at Houston Community College where she taught both technical composition and several courses related to web design. Gail is also the owner and principal designer of Xpertwebs where she creates engaging websites that drive customers to your door.

Gail holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Prior to forming Xpertmarks and Xpertwebs, Gail has served as a documentation professional for several companies in the Houston Area. She has a solid background in the development of marketing materials and documentation.
